In this video we looked at the HDF57XW4P-AB torque converter, which is found in Ford Expeditions with 4R55 transmissions.

The two-piece clutch set in this converter can cause noise and vibration while going in and out of lock-up.

In order to fix this, we upgrade to a new style one-piece Sonnax clutch with DACCO bonded friction material.

This stops the noise, vibration, and gives our customers a better quality torque converter.
